Cindy Mattson, President of EEO Consultants, Inc. is a former compliance officer with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). EEO Consultants' professionals conduct all the analyses necessary to provide the company with an affirmative action program that is accurate and strictly follows the regulations. EEO Consultants' staff will work together with the company’s staff to collect all necessary employment data and conduct the required analyses for the AAP to create an affirmative action program that is Audit- Ready. Audit-Ready Affirmative Action Programs include all of the required reports, but go a step further to include data that is normally collected during an onsite audit, thereby likely avoiding a full compliance audit should the company be selected by the government for a compliance review. EEO Consultants will design and implement an AAP in compliance with the current regulations set forth, at Title 41 C.F.R. Part 60 under the Executive Order 11246, as amended, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended and Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended.
